4. Using Spinras

Creating a Spin As a user, you can initiate a spin by defining a pool of participants or entries. Spinras provides multiple pool options:

Followers Choose this to select a random winner from all of your social media followers (on a supported platform). You must link your social account so Spinras can fetch your follower list.

Whole World Choose this to select a random winner from all Spinras users globally. Any registered user of Spinras could be picked as the winner in a Whole World spin.

Next Spin Choose this to pick a winner from users who tapped "Next Spin" on your profile. Only those users will be eligible.

No Gambling or Wagering Spinras is intended for promotional and entertainment purposes only, not for gambling. You may not use the Service to conduct or promote any form of gambling, betting pools, or paid lotteries. All spins must be free for participants to enter – no purchase, payment, or other consideration may be required to participate. Any attempt to require payment for entry or to wager on outcomes is a serious violation of these Terms.

Random Winner Selection The outcome of each spin is determined by a random selection algorithm. You agree that the selection of a winner or result by Spinras is final. Neither users nor Spinras staff can alter the outcome once a spin has concluded. You will not attempt to manipulate or interfere with the random selection process.

Transparency If you are running a contest or giveaway using Spinras, you are encouraged to disclose contest terms to your participants (e.g. entry period, eligibility criteria, prize details, etc.) to ensure fairness and clarity. Official Rules: You, as the contest organizer, are responsible for providing any legally required terms or disclosures for your contest (for example, stating "no purchase necessary," eligibility restrictions, and how winners are chosen). Spinras may provide tools 2 or fields for you to include such information, but it is ultimately your responsibility to comply with applicable laws (see Legal Compliance below)

Whole World Spins and Consent By registering an account on Spinras, you understand and agree that your profile may be included in the pool for "Whole World" spins conducted by other users. This means you could be randomly selected as a winner by a user you may not know. If you win a Whole World spin, we may share your username or contact information with the spin organizer so they can award your prize (see Privacy Policy for details on information sharing). If you do not wish to participate in Whole World spins, your option is not to use the Service

Custom Spins When using a Custom entry spin, do not include any content that is illegal, offensive, or that violates the rights of others. If you include names or personal identifiers of individuals as custom entries, you are responsible for having any necessary permissions to use that information
